Anvaya is an intimate South Indian vegetarian dining experience, rooted in a centuries-old culinary tradition passed down through Kannada families.
It follows the spirit of a supper club - a private dinner where a small group of guests gather around one shared table, for one set menu, on one evening. Everything is chosen for you, the way a meal in a thoughtful home always has been. Just eight people, good food, and an unhurried evening together. Dinner is served every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 7pm, by reservation only.
Yes. We do not accept walk-ins. All reservations must be made in advance and are confirmed only upon full payment. You can reserve your seat through our website or by writing to us on WhatsApp on +91 7406319391. We will confirm availability and share a payment link within 24 hours.
Dinner at Anvaya is ₹1800 per person, inclusive of a full set menu and a curated selection of beverages. Alcohol will not be served.
• Vegetables are hand-picked from local markets, not sourced through delivery platforms or wholesalers.
• All spice blends are made in our kitchen — no store-bought masalas, soda, or artificial flavouring agents.
• Every dish is cooked in handmade ghee, prepared at home from butter collected over time.
• Anvaya is not a restaurant, but a three-course tasting experience rooted in family kitchens and culinary traditions not found on commercial menus.
What we serve cannot rushed, or replicated — and the pricing reflects the time, care, and heritage behind every plate.
All our food is already prepared without onion and garlic. If you have specific allergies or dietary needs, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but we are unable to make adjustments on the day of the dinner.
The menu is a set, tasting-only progression of courses - inspired by seasonal ingredients and ancestral recipes. It changes regularly and is not revealed in full beforehand. The photographs on our website give you a sense of what to expect. There is no à la carte. Part of the experience is arriving with an open mind.
We seat a maximum of eight guests per evening, at one shared table.

We ask that all guests arrive by 6:45pm. The meal begins together, as a table. We hold reservations for 15 minutes - after which the table may be released.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your reservation will receive a refund of ₹500 per person. Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours notice.
We are based in One Hiranandani Park, Thane. Our exact address is shared with confirmed guests upon full payment.
